Justice Benedict Kanyip, PhD, FNIALS for remote and physical sittings, as part of measures to guarantee continued access to Justice and expeditious disposal of cases while minimizing the risk of transmission of Coronavirus (COVID -19).
The Continuing Professional Department (CPD) of the Nigeria Bar Association, Lagos Branch in partnership with the National Industrial Court of Nigeria has scheduled an Interactive Session Webinar on the Practice Directions and Guidelines for Court Sitting 2020 on Wednesday, 10th of June, 2020 by 2pm GMT.
The Hon. President of the Court, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Bakwaph Kanyip PhD, FNIALS, will join His Lordship, Hon. Justice O. A. Obaseki-Osaghae, Admin Judge, Lagos Division as discussants.
