USE OF FOREIGN ADDRESS AS REGISTERED ADDRESS BY COMPANIES

In Nigeria, Companies are prohibited from using foreign addresses as their registered business address, even where all of a company’s Directors are foreigners.

See Regulation 46(3) of the Companies Regulation.

However, in practice, foreign addresses may be provided for registration of Trademarks.
