Taking Of Bribe By Senators And Other Lawmakers

In Nigeria, it is an offence for a Senator or other lawmakers to take bribe or any other benefit of any kind in order to speak or refrain from speaking on an issue before the legislative House.

PENALTY
Fine of N500,000 or Imprisonment for 2 years or both.
