The welfare of Young lawyers is no doubt a vital aspect of the legal profession. Some have opined that it is greatly neglected, while others have held the opinion that it is really not an issue to be discussed.

This is an independently conducted survey on the welfare of young lawyers particularly during this covid -19 pandemic. It is expected that by the end of this survey, it will be better understood, the effects (if any) the covid-19 pandemic has had on lawyers between 1 & 7years post call.
