A prominent Justice on Nigeria’s Court of Appeal, Justice Raphael Chikwe Agbo, has passed on July 04, 2023 at the age of 69 years old.

Justice Agbo passed away in Calabar on Monday, according to a senior lawyer who spoke to TheNigerialawyer.

Justice Agbo, who was appointed a justice of the Court of Appeal in 2005, was scheduled to retire from the bench on October 21, 2023.
