RAPE: WHERE CONSENT WILL BE OF NO MOMENT
In Nigeria, Rape can be committed even where a woman supplies consent:
1) where her consent is obtained by putting her in fear of death or hurt.
2) where she supplied consent because the accused impersonated her husband.
3) where, by reason of paucity of her age, she is incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse.
