RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS PURCHASED AND DEMAND FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

In Nigeria, where goods are purchased, the consumer has a right to receive them in good quality and they must be durable for a reasonable period of time.

If the defects above exists, the consumer is entitled to return them within 3 months, and the sellers shall either repair, replace or refund to the consumer the price paid by the consumer for the goods.
