PROHIBITION OF TATTOOS ON CHILDREN.
In Nigeria, it is an offence to inscribe a tattoo or make a skin mark on a child.
Under the Act, a child is a person under the age of 18.
PENALTY
Fine of 5,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both such fine and imprisonment.
