POLITICAL PARTIES NOT TO ACCEPT FUNDS FROM OUTSIDE NIGERIA

In Nigeria, unlike mainstream Associations, Political Parties are prohibited from accepting funds from outside Nigeria.

However, if funds are so sent to it, such funds must be paid over to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) within Twenty One (21) days of receiving such money.
