PENALTY FOR CAUSING DEATH BY DANGEROUS DRIVING

In Nigeria, it is an offence to cause the death of another person by the driving a motor vehicle on a Federal highway recklessly, or at a speed or in a manner which is dangerous to the public.

In Canada and England vehicular homicide carries a penalty of 14 years.

PENALTY
Imprisonment for a term of seven (7) years.
