NIGERIAN CITIZENS CANNOT WORK IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY UNLESS…
In Nigeria, no citizen shall leave Nigeria under a foreign contract to serve as a worker in a foreign country unless:
(a) he has been medically examined and passed fit to perform the work for which he was engaged
(b) and it is shown that he is not abandoning wives, children or other dependent relatives. Unless proper arrangement has been made for their sustenance. Etc
