The NBA Benin Caretaker Committee led by Solomon Odiase has informed Candidates for the NBA Benin Branch Elections ,that the NBA Branch Elections slated for Sunday 23rd August,2020 ,will not hold as scheduled by the General Meeting of the Branch for no just cause.

All Logistics required for the Elections to hold including DSS and Police Cover has been perfected .

There is a plot by the Solomon Odiase Led Caretaker Committee to disqualify a front runner for Chairmanship of the Branch in the Elections ,Pius Oiwoh Esq.They precipitated a Petition against him which is not in any way connected to the Elections.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Branch exculpated him.

Pius Oiwoh is the immediate Past Secretary of the Branch .

All other Branches in Nigeria has conducted their Elections to our knowledge.

Benin Branch Elections is slated by a Resolution of the General Meeting of the Branch to hold on Sunday ,the 23rd of August ,2020.

The Caretaker Committee of 3 Members cannot over ride a Resolution of the General Meeting of the Branch ,according to the Amended NBA Unified By Laws.

Please sir , We humbly call on Mr. President to intervene and save the Benin Branch from Collapse .
