A Legal Practitioner, Victor Giwa, has raised an alarm over what he described as a plot to set him up with the crime of armed robbery.

In a notice sighted by TheNigerialawyer (TNL), the lawyer lamented that he was informed that the OC SARS Nasarawa State Police Command in league with some persons in Cajaah Estate, Orozo Mass Housing New Karahi, Nasarawa State is planning to set him up by planting weapons such as guns in one of his properties in the estate.

He thus added that the intention is to deprive him from his demand of entitlements of 30% share of the portion of the estate belonging to the estate’s promoters.

“This is to notify our distinguished colleagues, elders, senior advocates that the information reaching me is that the OC SARS Nasarawa State Police Command in league with some persons in Cajaah Estate, Orozo Mass Housing New Karshi , Nasarawa State (an estate that I recovered) is planning to set me up by planting weapons such as guns in one of the ” my properties” in the estate in order to lay allegation of Armed robbery against me and the site officers in the estate. The intention is to deprive me from my demand of entitlements of 30% share of the portion of the estate belonging to the estate’s promoters. (Please rebroadcast).

“As am sending this message some police officers from Nasarawa State (SARS) command came in and with no notification called me that they will want to see me in the estate in the morning (today). The estate has no fence and is very porous. Urgent,” the statement reads.
