LAW FIRM HIRING IN-HOUSE LEGAL/ADMIN OFFICER
Qualifications: Minimum of 3-4 years post-call practice experience in Corporate Commercial and Litigation.
Location: Akwa-Ibom
Duties:
* Research and drafting of recommended material;
* Identification and interpretation of relevant revenue and tax-related laws;
* Recommendations for the amendment, enactment and/or abolition of laws relevant to the industry;
* Support for administrative procedures as may from time to time be required;
* Interface with other departments to ensure effective legal inputs in their workings and procedures.
* Management of administrative procedures ;

Top priority: Candidate‘s Tax Law Certification, as well as competency as Chartered Secretary and Administrator, will be of extremely high advantage.
