The National Judicial Council, chaired by Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, chief justice of Nigeria (CJN), has recommended the appointment of 36 persons as judges across four states.

Kemi Babalola-Ogedengbe, NJC’s deputy director of information, said the candidates have been recommended to their various state governors for the appointment.

Those recommended for appointment are as follows:
