Former Ogun State governor, Olusegun Osoba, has called on Nigerians to forgive President Bola Tinubu for any perceived shortcomings, expressing confidence in his ability to perform better in the future. Speaking at the All Progressives Congress (APC) South West Zone Assembly meeting in Lagos, Osoba assured that Tinubu would prove his capabilities during his second term in office.

Osoba emphasized that the Yoruba people fully support Tinubu’s presidency and have faith in his leadership. “The South West Assembly stands united behind Tinubu, confident in his ability to fulfill his promises,” he said.

He also reminded Nigerians that it was their collective decision to elect Tinubu, stating, “Bola didn’t make himself president; we did. Now that he’s there, I ask everyone to accept his shortcomings, as he will do better moving forward.” Osoba further reiterated that Tinubu would serve a second term as a proud Yoruba leader.
