On a yacht – of course;
Sailing, like Christopher Cross;
If not quite the one;
Who travelled the world

The posture says it all;
In a classic postcard picture;
Radiating satisfaction;
Looking at a future assured;

Brimming with confidence;
Reflecting on a legacy of achievement;
This, surely is as good as it gets;
What, possibly, could be left?

Lord, this your servant is;
As grateful as can be;
For, it's all your doing;
Yes, it was surely 'prophetic' –

That I was named 'Moses' -
Crosser of Seas;
Overcomer of adversity;
Challenger of Injustice -

And official pettiness;
Their indefatigable scourge;
In that ‘new’ - but potent – medium:
The World-Wide Web!

What else is there to say;
On this most auspicious of days;
But, to chorus - one and all:
"Your best is yet to come!"
