 Indeed the FCT Minister is more than clothed with the Requisite mandate to revoke your title Cf Section 28 (5)(a) and (b) of the Land Use Act, 1978

Section 28 is to the effect that: the FCT minister is vested with the powers to revoke a granted right of occupancy on the ground of a breach of the provisions of Section 10 of the Act, which relate to payment for any unexhausted improvements existing on the land on the date of the allottee’s entering into occupation of such land and payment for ground rents on the land. Additionally, the minister may revoke any right of occupancy on the grounds of a breach of any term contained in the certificate of occupancy or in any special contract made under Section 8 of the Act.

By this – you should know that  the  FCT minister is more than determined to activate his powers.

 It is unfortunate that many people out there are not Aware and have not seen the public notice of 19th October 2023 which shall be lapsing on the 3rd day of November 2023.

 As an Allottee of Land(s) within the FCT, you are under an obligation to dispense with.                                                    

You need to do this before Your C of O is revoked. You don’t need to play with Wike.                                              

NB: A breach and failure to comply with any or all of the terms stated in the Rights of Occupancy shall be liable to the revocation of the title.

  • Log on to (https://remita.net) to generate ur (RRR).
  • Click on “Pay TSA& States”
  • Select Federal Capital Territory Administration
  • Select Abuja Geographic Information Systems
  • Choose the revenue head to be paid (eg. FCC Ground Rent)
  • Fill the required information, FILE NUMBER, PLOT NUMBER, UR NAME etc submit and print the RRR slip
  • You are at liberty to pay via your account or any commercial bank.
