The Easter Bar Forum has called on its members and Branches to fulfill their financial obligations for the year 2021

This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen signed by its Governor, S. Long Williams, Esq.

According to Williams, while Branches are to Pay N10, 000, each individual member is to pay 50% of his Bar Practicing fees.

He added that welfare of members shall be the goal of the organization in line with the new provisions of the amended constitution of the Forum.

2021 FINANCIAL ADVICE; OPEN LETTER TO ALL EBF MEMBERS & BRANCHES

Dear friends & colleagues,

I welcome you all again to the year 2021. I pray that Almighty Jehovah will grant us mercies this year and beyond as we trudge on towards achieving our dreams and goals not minding the various inflicted economic woes we face as a people and as a nation.

The Eastern Bar Forum is not what it’s used to be anymore. With the successful amendment of the EBF Constitution, the narrative has altered drastically. Days are gone when the EBF was perceived only as purely a political machinery to achieve the political goals of its members. The constitution has been amended to include issues of welfare of members amongst others as this we believe should be the primary goal of any organization. Also this year, 2021 is an election year in the EBF, to vote and be voted for, Branches and members must be up to date with the Annual Dues.

In that vein, I humbly urge all members and Branches to ensure you fulfill the various financial obligations for the year 2021.

The Annual Dues is fifty (50) percent or half of Bar Practicing Fee while its a flat rate of N10,000.00 for Branches.
Please find below the payment schedule;
ANNUAL DUES:
50% (half)of Bar Practicing Fees.
1-4 Post Call- N2,500.00
5-9 Post Call- N5,000.00
10-14 years Post Call Call-N8,750.00
15 years & above-N12,500.00
SANS & BENCHERS-N25, 000.00
BRANCH-N10,000.00
