The Court of Appeal Abuja Division is set to commence implementation of the case management system on the 16th day of March, 2020
The Notice which is dated 13th of March, 2020 and made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL) reads in part:
“I am directed to inform all counsel that the implementation exercise of 5he case management system is slated to commence on Monday the 16th day of March, 2020, you are therefore by this Notice, advised to take note of the following changes to be effected:
“1. Henceforth, all Appeal/Motion Numbers would be electronically generated
“2. Parties Interested in filing any document at the registry would be required to come along with the following items:-
“i. A valid means of Identification/NBA Number/Seal
ii. Functional Legal E-mail
iii. One loose copy, of all the 10 copies to be submitted
iv. Each process of copy will have process will have proof of service attached.”
“3. A NEW APPEAL/MOTION NUMBER FORMAT will be issued. Any Motion/Appeal to be filed henceforth will reflect the new format”
