CONDUCTING HIV TEST BEFORE GAINING EMPLOYMENT AND ADMISSION INTO SCHOOLS

In Nigeria, it is an offence for an employer to require an HIV test as a precondition to an offer of employment

Again, no academic institution shall require an HIV testing as a precondition for admission.

PENALTY
Fine of ₦500,000 for individuals and ₦2,000,000 for organisations
And imprisonment of not less than one (1) year or both such fine and imprisonment.
