CONDITION FOR IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION OF FOREIGN CURRENCY INTO AND OUT OF NIGERIA.
At the port of entry into Nigeria, no person shall be required to declare any foreign currency, unless it’s value is in excess of $5,000 or its equivalent.
Foreign currency in excess of US $5,000 or its equivalence, whether being imported into or exported out of Nigeria, must be declared at the port of entry.
