*The NBA SUIT IS CHALLENGING ILLEGAL AMENDMENT OF THE RPC

Recall that the Nigerian Bar Association, was compelled to institute an action at the Federal High Court, Abuja, challenging the illegal amendment of the Legal Practitioners Rules of Professional conduct. The suit – Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/77/22 (INCORPORATED TRUSTEES OF NBA VS. AGF) came up today.
The President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Olumide Akpata, other National Officers and other members of the NBA Legal team are in court today.
