The Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS), in collaboration with the International Law Association (ILA) Nigerian Branch, is presenting a Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Law and Diplomacy from July 22-26, 2024, in Abuja, Nigeria. The course is designed for legal professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and skills in international law and diplomacy.
The five-day intensive course will be convened by Prof. Muhammed Tawfiq Ladan, PhD, Director General of NIALS, and Prof. Damilola Olawuyi, SAN, President of the ILA Nigerian Branch. The course will feature a distinguished faculty of experts, including Prof. Ibe Ifeakandu, Mr. Tolulope Aderemi, Dr. Eghosa Ekhator, Dr. Nkiruka Chidia Maduekwe, Dr. Eduardo Pereira, and Dr. Izuoma Egeruoh-Adindu.
The course will be held at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, located in the Supreme Court of Nigeria Complex, Three Arms Zone Central District, Abuja. Participants can attend either in-person or virtually via Zoom.
The course fees vary based on ILA membership status and mode of attendance. For non-ILA members, the early bird rate is N200,000, the regular rate is N300,000, and the virtual attendance fee is N150,000. ILA members enjoy discounted rates, with an early bird fee of N150,000, a regular fee of N200,000, and a virtual attendance fee of N100,000. Early bird rates are available until June 20, 2024.
