A 30-year-old man, Musa Garba, is to face arraignment in Adamawa State for alleged sexual assault on two schoolgirls aged four and six.

The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, in the state, SP Suleiman Nguroje, who gave an update on the matter to DAILY POST Thursday morning, said the man would be arraigned in court on Friday, November 1.

Nguroje said that earlier on Monday, October 28, the Adamawa State Police Command, in its fight against Gender Based Violence, apprehended Musa Garba, a resident of Angwa Uku, Kano State, for sexually assaulting the two minors in Numan LGA of Adamawa State.

He said the suspect had on October 27 intercepted the kids while they were returning from school and lured them into an uncompleted building and sexually assaulted them.

“The arrest followed a complaint received from the victims’ parents who observed unusual situation of the children,” he explained.
