The Federal High Court has announced the amendment of posting of judges

It could be recall that the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice J. T. Tsoho, had via a circular dated 16th day of March, 2021, approved the posting of Judges for the court and Judges newly appointed to Judicial divisions directed to assume their duties on the 12th day of April, 2021.

However, in a new circular dated 5th May, 2021, made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, Hon. Justice Tsoho has amended the postings

Justice Tsoho explains that the amendment is necessary due to the elevation of some Justices to the Court of Appeal, namely, Hon. Justices Bature I. Gafai, Mohammed L. Abubakar and Hassan M. Sule
