PENALTY FOR USE OF ABUSIVE WORDS BY MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.

In Nigeria, it is an offence for any member of the Nigerian Armed Forces to engage in quarrel with any person.

It is also an offence for members of the Armed forces to use threatening, abusive, provocative words or behave in a disorderly manner with any other person.

PENALTY
Imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
