Pius Idemudia Oiwoh AICMC ,the immediate past elected Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association,Benin Branch -the Lion Bar was recently sworn in ,as the Chairman of the the Nigerian Bar Association,Benin Branch -Lion Bar ,after a resounding victory at the Polls .

in a contested Elections of Branch,that took place at the Justice Constance Momoh Hall of the NBA Benin Bar House and which recorded the following scores for the Chairmanship Candidates at the Elections :

Lawson Usunobun Evbayiro:6 Votes ,
Tim Obamedo- Woghiren:16 Votes ,
Edwin Atohengbe :42 Votes ,
Idemudia Osifo:193 Votes ,and
Pius Oiwoh :434 Votes.

There was wild jubilations at the NBA Benin Bar House ,GRA,Benin City,as the Popular Candidate of Branch-Pius Idemudia Oiwoh was heralded into the Hall along side other newly elected Officials of the Branch for their Swearing In Ceremony ,which took place immediately after the Elections on Sunday the 31st of August,2020.

In his Inaugural Speech-the new Lion Chairman of the Lion Bar – Pius Idemudia Oiwoh Esq., promised to unite the Bar and deal with all Members of Branch with out affection and ill-will .He commended his Predecessor in Office -Prince Collins Benson Ogiegbaen ,AICMC,for his Sterling leadership while he held sway in the realms of office ,which has set up the template for him to build on ,for which the Lion Bar was named the 2nd Best Branch of the NBA in Nigeria.

He also promised to issue his specific programmes and objectives for the Lion Bar in due course .

And just like DHL,,Pius Oiwoh ,kept his promises, when he hit the ground running the very next day after his Swearing In , presiding over an Exco Meeting of the Branch which set up some vital Committees of the Bar ,to kick start the Administration.
