The Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA-SPIDEL) has set up a constitution and Law Review Committee.

Recall that the Senate Ad-Hoc Committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution has call for memoranda

In view of the call, the NBA-SPIDEL set up a 43 man committee to be headed by Ikhide Ehigeulua as Chairman, A.Malik, SAN as Alt. Chairman and Nkem Agboti as Secretary

The Committee is mandated to review laws and Constitution from Public Interest Perspectives for submission as Memoranda to the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or its relevant Committee.
