The Nigeria Union of Journalists- NUJ has reacted to the encounter between Femi Fani-Kayode and a Daily Trust reporter, Eyo Charles.

LEGALDESKNG had earlier reported that during a media briefings with some of the journalists after a recent tour of some South-South and southeast states, former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode blasted a journalist who asked him about being bankrolled.

The NUJ in a statement made available to newsmen ,condemned the outburst by FFK as ‘totally unacceptable, dishonourable and reprehensible. The union demands an immediate retraction of his untoward, irritating and awkward utterances which negate simple decorum and civility.
