I have no reservations recommending Dr. Rapuluchukwu Nduka as the best candidate for the position of Publicity Secretary of the NBA.

Dr. Rapuluchukwu Nduka served NBA Onitsha Bar diligently in his capacity as the Publicity Secretary and Secretary. His enviable records speaks volumes till date.

I am confident that he will use his expertise in telecommunication and information technology law to rebrand the Bar.
