I have no reservations recommending RAPULU ERNEST NDUKA, PhD as the best candidate for the position of Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (2020-2022) because of his proficiency and previous selfless service to the Bar.

I have had the opportunity to read his Manifesto, it is an achievable clear cut picture of the future he wants for the Bar and it is an interesting future in my opinion.

I am fully convinced that Rapulu has the leadership qualities, education and experience required of a Publicity Secretary of the NBA in this era where the use of Technology tools in the dissemination of information is key.

He holds a Master of Laws degree in Information Technology Law, a Doctorate in Cyber-Law, and has served his branch as Publicity Secretary and Branch Secretary variously.
Let me quickly say that members of the Bar should thoroughly interrogate the manifestoes of aspirants. Some are currently promising things that are not within the purview of the office they seek or are clearly unrealistic.

I have looked at Dr. Nduka’s Manifesto, it shows he knows the demands of his office.
“Leave cock and bull promises and Follow who know road.” Rapulu knows the way and has what it takes.

I therefore beg all members of my different constituencies in particular and all members of the Bar in general to support and cast their vote for RAPULU ERNEST NDUKA as PUBLICITY SECRETARY of the Nigerian Bar Association (2020-2022).
