This was a key point made at the Warrant Officers’ Academy Leadership and Management Seminar, Course 44, held in Jaji, Kaduna State.

The leadership and management seminar is a critical part of the academy’s curriculum, designed to bridge the leadership gap between commissioned officers and enlisted personnel.

The seminar, themed “Developing Junior Leadership Skills within a Joint Environment, aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the military profession and its role in achieving national strategic objectives.
In his address to the participants, Air Vice Marshall Hassan Alhaji, underscored the importance of leadership training in enhancing decision-making skills and operational effectiveness.

He emphasised that effective leadership at all levels is essential for the success of military operations.

Participants at the seminar include Nigerian Air Force personnel and students from Liberia and Gambia, reinforcing the collaborative approach to leadership development within the Nigerian Armed Forces.

The seminar is expected to significantly enhance the leadership capabilities of Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers, preparing them for critical roles in military operations and contributing to the overall mission success of the Nigerian Armed Forces.
