The Federal High Court in Abuja has penalized the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with N5 million damages for denying the authenticity of the certificate issued to Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah.

In the judgment on Monday, Justice I.E. Ekwo ruled that NYSC’s disclaimer of Mbah’s certificate led to prolonged litigation and unquantifiable damage to his career.
