PENALTY FOR SELLING POISON

In Nigeria, it is an offence for any person to hawk or sell poison in
any market, kiosk, motor park, road-side stall, bus or any place not duly licensed for the sale of poisons.

PENALTY
Fine not exceeding N500,000 or imprisonment of not less than 2 years.
