PROHIBITION OF IMPORTATION OF CERTAIN SOIL, PLANTS OR SEED

In Nigeria, where Soil, Plants or Seeds are imported into Nigeria and on importation are found or suspected to be infected with any disease or pest, the Minister for Agriculture may direct the destruction of such goods or prohibit their importation until they have been treated to his satisfaction for the removal of the disease or pest.
