The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Unity Bar, Abuja Branch branch has appointed Arubaleze Ekene Gerald as Chairman of the Young Lawyers Forum of the branch.

The confirmation which was ratified at the October Monthly General meeting of the Branch, was announced by the Chairman of the Branch; Afam Okeke (Esq).

The YLF Chairman, Arubaleze Ekene Gerald hails from Eziowelle, Idemilli North, Anambra state and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. He graduated from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus, and had his Secondary Education at Bishop Crowther Seminary Awka, Anambra State.

Arubaleze Ekene Gerald is an active member of the Young Lawyers’ Forum, A Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Concilliators, Electioneering Forensic Analyst, A certified Leadership and Management Expert (University of Washington), and a member of the Unity Bar Football Club.

He started his practice at the law firm of Late Dr Chike Amobi, of CHIKE AMOBI and Co; worked with Goalcast Legal Services under the tutelage of Onyeka Osigwe, Esq, before opening his own Law firm, ARUBALEZE E.G & CO in April, 2022.

He has been a Member of Senator Uche Lilian Ekwunife’s Special Research Committee on the Revamping of the Science and Technology sector in Nigeria since 2019. He Worked as a Special Adviser to the President Ecowas Youth Council (Youth Wing) on Legal Matters from 2017-2018.

He is expected to work along with other Executives duly ratified for the interest of the Young Lawyers and the Abuja Branch (Unity Bar) in general, to wit:
