A video has captured the moment a woman took a drastic step to avoid a corpse being buried near her building.

The lady who didn’t want the corpse buried near her house decided to sit on the coffin since she saw that they had began digging a grave already.

Members of the community could be seen in the video chiding the lady as she obstinately sat on the coffin with folded arms, paying no heed to what they were saying.

According to reports, there was a plan to bury a deceased person near her house but she wasn’t having it.

However, when she was that she was losing the b@ttle as the grave had already been dug, she resorted to sitting on the coffin, thus preventing them from lowering it into the grave.

In the end, the family of the deceased dug another grave elsewhere to bury their de@d.

According to sources, the drama had occurred in Delta State.
