A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Lucius Nwosu SAN has written to the President of the Nigerian Bar Association explaining the basis of the action he recently instituted against the Body of Benchers and one of its members, Wole Olanipekun SAN.

 

In the letter dated 17th February, 2022, Lucius Nwosu SAN accused Olanipekun of misconduct and behaviour unbecoming of a member of the Body of Benchers.
