England-Premier League

Everton’s Alex Iwobi lasted for 46th minute and was replaced by Brazilian forward Bernardo as Everton lost 2-0 to Southampton at the St. Mary Stadium.

Still eligible for Nigeria in Arsenal’s youngster, Bukayo Saka, was in action for 65th minutes. He was replaced by Ivorian winger, Nicolas Pepe.

Kelechi Iheanacho was an unused substitute while Wilfred Ndidi is still out injured for Leicester City. Arsenal lost 0-1 to Leicester City.

Spain-La Liga Santander

Villarreal’s Samuel Chukwueze came on in the 62nd minutes to replace Takefusa Kubo as they drew 0-0 with newly-promoted sided Cadiz.

SD Huesca lost 4-1 at Real Sociedad away from home as Huesca’s Nwakali came on as a 71st-minute substitute. Kelechi Nwakali replaced Jaime Seoane.

Injured Ramon Azeez was absent as his Granada side recorded a 0-1 away win at Getafe.

Germany-Bundesliga

Defender Kevin Ufuoma Akpoguma lasted the distance as his Hoffenheim’s side drew 1-1 away at Werder Bremen.

Italy-Serie A

Cagliari defeated Simy’s Crotone 4-2 at home with Simy (Simeon Nwankwo) lasting for 89th minute. He was replaced by Emmanuel Riviere.

SSC Napoli claimed a 1-2 away win at the newly-promoted side, Benevento. Napoli’s Osimhen was in action for the entire 90 minutes.

France-Ligue 1

Joshua Maja was in action for 65th minutes for Bordeaux. He was replaced by goalscorer Jimmy Briand. Maja was booked in the 43rd minutes as Bordeaux defeated Nimes 2-0 at home.

Samuel Kalu was not listed in Bordeaux’s match Day Squad.

Olympic Lyonnais mauled AS Monaco 4-0. AS Monaco forward Henry Onyekuru was not listed for action.

Netherlands-Eredivisie

Sparta Rotterdam drew 1-1 with Heracles with promising 17-year-old forward Emmanuel Emegha starring for Sparta Rotterdam.

He came on to replace Lennart Thy in the 81st minutes of the 1-1 draw. While Nigerian goalkeeper Maduka Okoye was on the bench for Sparta Rotterdam.

Portugal-Primeira Liga

Chidozie Awaziem lasted the distance for Boavista as Boavista drew 2-2 with Famalicao. He was booked in the 65th minutes of the game.

Scotland-Premiership

Rangers’ Joe Aribo opened the scoring for his side in the 9th minutes from close range before Jermaine Defoe doubled the lead in the 16th minute.

Calvin Bassey Ughelumba (left-back) lasted the entire duration while Leon Balogun was on the bench. Joe Aribo lasted 75th minute and was replaced by Scott Arfield. Rangers beat Livingston 2-0.

Russia-Premier League

Brian Idowu’s Khimki defeated FC Rostov 0-2 away from home with Idowu lasting the distance. Idowu scored in the 90th minute of the match.

Norway-Elitesevian

Ohi Anthony Omoijuanfo lasted only 66th minutes of the game for Molde and was replaced by Leke James.

Leke James scored Molde’s second goal in the 82nd minute of the match as they defeated visitors Stroemsgodset 2-1 at home.
