The Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory [F.C.T.] High Court has announced the commencement of 2022 Easter vacation

The announcement of the court’s vacation is contained in a circular sighted by Legaldeskng, dated the 24th day of March, 2022.

The said circular has as its reference number FCT/JD/CJ.185/III/295 and is signed by the Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf.

According to the circular, the court would commence its vacation from Friday, from 15th April to 22nd April, 2022.

Accordingly, the court would resume its activities from the 25th day of April, 2022.

His Lordship, Hon. Justice C. N. Oji, has also been appointed by the Chief Judge to serve as vacation Judge within the period.
