The Judgement of the Bayelsa State Governorship Election Tribunal nullifying the state governorship election and ordering INEC to conduct fresh polls within 90 days has been released.
This is contained in the judgement of the Court dated the 17th day of August, 2020
Meanwhile, the main judgement of the Tribunal was delivered by Hon. Justice Yunusa Musa, Member I, while Hon. Justice S. M. Owodunni, J. Member II concurred with the leading judgment.
Conversely, the dissenting judgement was delivered by the Chairman of the Tribunal, Hon. Justice Muhammad I. Sirajo.
